There will be activities for all ages, including live music, holiday treats, kids’ activities, festive downtown shops, a holiday art market, an outdoor farmers market, and, of course, the arrival of Santa and lighting of the holiday tree.

Small Business Saturday is a national event sponsored by American Express. It is a shopping holiday to encourage people across the country to support small, local businesses.

WHEN:  Saturday, November 25, 2023

10 a.m.: Stores open for shopping activities throughout downtown Renton, including prize drawings for purchases made in downtown Renton businesses.

12 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Holiday Farmers Market in Piazza Park (233 Burnett Ave S)

12 p.m. – 7 p.m.: Live music, a holiday craft market featuring local artists and vendors at Renton Pavilion Event Center (233 Burnett Ave. S.).

5 p.m.: Tree lighting and arrival of Santa at Piazza Park (233 Burnett Ave. S.).

First there was Black Friday, then Cyber Monday. November 27, 2010 was the first ever Small Business Saturday. Small Business Saturday is the day we celebrate the Shop Small movement to drive shoppers to local merchants across the U.S.
