🐾 Pet Halloween Costume Contest: Dog Dress Up Contest 🐾

Get ready for a howling good time at our Pet Halloween Costume Contest! If you and your furry friend love all things spooky and stylish, this event is tailor-made for you. Here’s what you need to know:

Event Timeline:

  • 1:00 – 3:00 PM: Enter your furry friend in the competition at Gateway Park during the Olde Fashioned Halloween Party and Trick or Treat event.

  • Judges’ Delight: Volunteers will snap photos of each contestant to assist our judges in choosing the best small, medium, and large dog costumes.

  • 3:30 PM: Return to Gateway Park for the thrilling announcement of the winners. Judges will have reached their verdict!

  • A Paw-sitive Outcome: Prizes will be awarded for “Best in Show” in the large, medium, and small dog categories.


Peaceful Pups Only: Aggressive pets are kindly requested to sit this one out.
Leash It Up: Keep your doggos on a leash at all times.
Fur Parent Responsibility: Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior; negative behavior may result in being asked to leave.
Health Matters: Dogs should have up-to-date vaccinations and be in good health.
Party-Ready Pups: Dogs should be comfortable in a lively and festive atmosphere; please be mindful of their stress levels.
Age-Appropriate: Dogs should be at least 4 months old for their safety.
