Meet Rachel!

Rachel is a young artist and entrepreneur who recently began a commission business painting pet portraits.  The hydrant is Rachel’s first piece of outdoor public art and we think she is a natural!

Rachel was 16 at the time she completed the hydrant project.  This is definitely one artist you will definitely want to track!

Rachel has titled her creation, I Want to Believe. You can find Rachel’s completed hydrant on the corner of S 7th Street and Morris Ave S.
