I took over ownership of Liberty Cafe in 2017, and I see it as a community gathering spot where all are welcome. I am carrying the torch of my former employees and friends, Mike Moskowotz and Johnnie Uysal who started Liberty Cafe, a continuation of Jet City Espresso, a Renton original.”
