The event is part of Food Innovation Network’s fall fundraiser series on first and third Fridays. Taste of Congo’s owner and chef, Caroline Musitu, and other participants in our Food Business Incubator are contributing their culinary talents to support a $850,000 capital campaign for Tukwila Village Food Hall.
