Join us for Summerfest!

The event will be at Piazza Park in Downtown Renton located at 233 Burnett Ave S.

Refreshments will be provided by local food trucks and carts.  The beer garden will be open in the Pavilion for those 21 years and above. Families are encouraged to arrive early to decorate the pop-up park pieces, stay and play all day, and end their evening with an outdoor movie in the park. At the end of the day, the goal is for everyone to leave Summerfest with renewed pride in their community and motivation to be a part of the positive change in downtown.

Downtown residents and business owners have taken the lead in efforts to preserve the Spirit of Downtown and to build community around a shared passion for history and identity. Countless hours are donated to organizing community events, participating in street clean ups, volunteering at the Farmers Market and supporting local businesses and non-profits with donations of time, talent and treasures.

The organizers of Summerfest want to recognize the efforts of these individuals and pay tribute to their commitment to making Downtown Renton a fun and lively destination. This collaborative event will serve as a gratitude celebration for all those who live, work, play, and in other ways contribute to the unique character of downtown Renton. Summerfest is a free event, open to the public, and will feature live music, art activities for all ages, outdoor games, an art exhibit, food trucks, ice cream, a movie in the park and so much more!
