COMMUNITIES IN SCHOOLS OF RENTON

Communities In Schools of Renton (CISR) is a nonprofit organization that grew out of a partnership between the City of Renton and the Renton School District. CISR has been serving the Renton community since 1994, providing customized services for thousands of students and families through the Mentor and Family Liaison Programs. We believe that it is through education that the cycle of poverty and inequity can be broken. Our programs provide systemic support and balance to the lives of at-risk students so they can focus on staying in school and finding academic success.
